The Setup

After decades of dominating the luxury water space with a product-forward "isolated jungle" strategy, FIJI Water faced declining market share in an increasingly crowded category. To modernize the brand, we evolved the core palette with dynamic gradients and a heightened usage of the signature hibiscus, while crucially introducing humanity into the brand’s visual narrative. This shift from static product shots to lifestyle-driven creative was deployed across high-impact OOH, wild postings, and a robust paid social suite, moving the brand from an untouched tropical artifact to a premium daily essential.
